Management Company Profile

Our firm belongs to many associations including the Phoenix Association of Realtors, Arizona Realtors Association, National Association of Property Managers, Arizona Realtors Multiple Listing Service, Arizona Multi-Family Association, Wisconsin Realtors Association.

Our Broker-President Greg Paielli was first licensed in Wisconsin in 1983 and worked for several local property management companies. After relocating to Arizona, Greg obtained his Arizona Brokers License and established Paielli Realty, Inc..

Luisa Ortega has been with the firm for the past 4 years. She was first licensed in 2007 in Arizona. Luisa provides excellent skills in all of our communications with our residents and prospective new residents. In addition Luisa speaks fluent Spanish and is an expert in the firms short sale business.

Jennifer Paielli has been with the firm since 1995 and handles all of our office administration functions including our accounting division.

We also have several other support staff which includes our Landscapers, Maintenance department, onsite managers and our office support staff.
