Simply Property Management- Paielli Realty first opened its doors in 1984 by Greg Paielli DBA: Omega Realty in Kenosha Wisconsin. In relocating operations to Phoenix, Arizona in January of 1996 our operations have focused on the management of single and multi-family properties and assisting clients in purchasing and selling of investment property in the Phoenix and Las Vegas NV area. Our property management company headquarters is located at 15650 N Black Canyon Hwy Suite B-115 Phoenix, AZ. 85053 and a branch office at 3651 Lindell Rd Ste D351 Las Vegas NV. 89103. This makes it convenient to both residents and our leasing agents. Our firm belongs to many associations including the Phoenix Association of Realtors, Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, Nevada Realtors Association, Arizona Realtors Association, National Association of Residential Property Managers, Arizona Realtors Multiple Listing Service, Arizona Multi-Family Association, Wisconsin Realtors Association.
Our Broker-President Greg Paielli was first licensed in Wisconsin in 1983 and worked for several local property management companies. After relocating to Arizona, Greg obtained his Arizona Brokers License and established Paielli Realty, Inc. and now serves both the Arizona and Las Vegas markets.
Luisa Ortega has been with the firm for the past 8 years. She was first licensed in 2007 in Arizona. Luisa provides excellent skills in all of our communications with our residents and prospective new residents. In addition Luisa speaks fluent Spanish and is an expert in the firms short sale business.
Jennifer Paielli has been with the firm since 1995 and handles all of our office administration functions including our accounting division.
In addition to our Phoenix property managers and Las Vegas property managers we also have several other support staff which includes our Landscapers, Maintenance department, onsite managers and our office support staff.
We are a full service management company, and we do everything from finding you a tenant to maintaining your property. We specialize in management services in Phoenix AZ and Las Vegas NV..
